#Stress releif

Stress can be a daily thing. How do you relax and not let it get to you?  I like to sit with a cup of coffee and unwind for a while, whether I'm reading a book or watching a good uplifting movie. How about #pets? I don't have one at the moment but I think that will change in the future.
